Job summary

Icanio is seeking an experienced QA Lead to define, implement, and oversee the QA strategy for its software products in India. You will lead a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to improve testing processes.

The role requires 5+ years in software testing and 4+ years of QA leadership, with strong SDLC/STLC, Agile, and API testing experience (Postman).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software testing/QA experience.
• 4+ years leading QA teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
