Job summary

Crew Kraftorz LLP in Hyderabad is seeking a QA Lead with a strong development background who can drive both quality engineering and test strategy across the project lifecycle. You will design test plans, lead automation efforts with Selenium, Playwright, and RestAssured, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and Project Managers to deliver robust software.

The role requires hands-on coding in Java or .NET, expertise in CI/CD, cloud awareness, and a shift-left

Qualifications

• Strong development background in Java, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, APIs, microservices, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, or similar.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, NUnit, TestNG).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review application architecture, design documents, and code to ensure testability and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Responsibilities

Prior hands-on experience as a software developer before transitioning to QA
