Job summary

Orient Cables is seeking a Quality Inspector in Rajasthan to ensure material and product quality across incoming, in-process, and final testing stages. You will document results, raise NCRs, and coordinate with the QA team to drive CAPA actions.

Key responsibilities include inspecting LAN cables, CCTV harnesses, and related assemblies, reading drawings, and maintaining calibration records of inspection tools.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cable testing equipment, multimeters, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and test instruments.
• Knowledge of LAN cable, CCTV, and harness assembly quality standards.
• Good observation and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with NCR and CAPA processes.
• Attention to detail and integrity in inspection reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming quality inspections on raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.

• Maintain calibration records for inspection instruments.
• Assist in customer and third-party audits by providing inspection data.
