Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to define a robust hybrid testing strategy and drive automation across projects. You will lead automation initiatives, establish governance, and mentor multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role focuses on quality engineering in the financial services domain and related areas, with opportunities to implement cutting-edge testing frameworks and improve delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in QA/testing roles.
• Experience in financial services domain is preferred.
• Strong skills in automation testing and toolchains.

• Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness.

• Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing.
• Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Establish automation governance, framework standards, and quality engineering best practices across projects.
• Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
• Lead multiple QA teams ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
• Identify quality risks, automation gaps, and process improvement opportunities while defining mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria.
• Drives improvements in quality metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, and release readiness.
