Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Life Asia Tester to validate insurance policy administration processes using the LA system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Life Asia testing, FATCA compliance testing, and experience in test case execution, defect management, and collaboration with analytics, development, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life Insurance domain testing.
• Hands-on testing with Life Asia (LA) system.
• Knowledge of FATCA compliance testing.
• Experience in test case creation and execution.
• Familiar with JIRA and HP ALM workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of the Life Asia insurance system.
• Validate end-to-end insurance policy lifecycle processes, including policy issuance, servicing, claims, maturity, and related transactions.
• Perform FATCA compliance testing and validate regulatory requirements.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Compliance teams.
• Prepare test documentation, execution reports, and defect reports.
• Ensure application functionality meets business and regulatory requirements.
• Support regression and integration testing activities.

The candidate will be responsible for testing insurance policy administration processes using the Life Asia (LA) system, ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Life Asia testing, insurance policy lifecycle testing, FATCA compliance testing, manual testing, test case execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of the Life Asia (LA) insurance system.
• Validate end-to-end insurance policy lifecycle processes, including policy issuance, servicing, claims, maturity, and related transactions.
