Yukti Solutions Pvt Ltd invites candidates for a 2-year Training-cum-Hiring program as QA Trainees. Selected candidates will undergo hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, starting as a QA Trainee with a structured training path in Manual and Automation Testing.

The program offers a stipend during training and opportunities for conversion to QA Engineer based on performance. Preference for candidates in Delhi/NCR and those able to join immediately at Janakpuri, New Delhi office.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have completed a Software Testing course covering both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Freshers with similar background can apply and immediate joiners are preferred.
• Knowledge of testing concepts and tools and strong English communication are required.

Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated QA Trainees / Software Testing Trainees who have completed a Software Testing course covering both Manual and Automation Testing.

This is a Training-cum-Hiring opportunity where selected candidates will undergo a 2-year training program and gain hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.

Training & Stipend Structure:

The selected candidate will work as a QA Trainee for 2 years from the date of joining.

• First 6 months: 10,000 per month
• After 6 months: 15,000 per month
• After 1 year: 20,000 per month
• After completion of 2 years: Eligible QA Trainees will be promoted to QA Engineer, with compensation offered based on performance and prevailing market standards.

Required Skills:

Candidates must have completed a Software Testing course covering both Manual and Automation Testing, with knowledge of the following:

Eligibility:

• Graduate in IT / Computer Science or a related field.

• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.
