Inheritx in India is seeking a Software QA professional with 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing to join as a full-time tester. You will review requirements, design test cases, and build automated tests across web and mobile platforms.

The role includes REST API testing, collaboration with developers, and defect reporting in Jira to ensure end-to-end quality and release readiness. You will validate data flows and contribute to risk-based testing decisions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testing.
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.
• Salesforce testing experience, ideally with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, profiles and permissions, Flows, reports, and integration behavior.
• Practical experience using Jira to manage defects, test work, and project workflows.
• Ability to write clear test scenarios and communicate defects with useful steps, expected results, and actual results.
• Familiarity with SQL or another method of validating application data.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize testing based on user and business impact.
