Lancesoft is seeking a QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to test Manhattan OMS and Supply Chain applications on-site in Bangalore. You will perform functional, integration, and end-to-end tests, validate integrations with ERP/WMS/POS, and execute API and SQL validations to ensure accurate order management workflows.

The role requires collaboration with developers, business analysts, and client teams, participation in defect triage, and QA status reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in Software QA/Testing.
• Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active OMS + Functional Testing + API Testing + SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active Order Management (MAOM) or related Manhattan Supply Chain solutions.
• Good understanding of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in functional and integration testing.
• Strong experience in API testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL/database testing.
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect-management tools.
• Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, test case design, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.

Aufgaben

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Manhattan OMS/Supply Chain applications.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases from requirements and specs.
• Test end-to-end order management workflows (creation, sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, shipment, returns).
• Validate integration with ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce, payments, and logistics systems.
• Perform API testing with Postman or similar tools.
• Validate data with SQL queries and DB checks.
• Execute regression and smoke testing for releases.
• Document, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product teams, and clients for issue resolution.
• Contribute to defect triage, release validation, and QA status reporting.
• Support UAT and production validation as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in testing Manhattan Order Management System (OMS) and/or Supply Chain Management applications. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of order management and supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Manhattan OMS/Supply Chain applications.
• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Test end-to-end Order Management workflows, including:
• Order creation and validation
• Order sourcing and allocation
• Inventory availability
• Order fulfillment
• Shipment and delivery
• Order cancellation and modification
• Returns and refunds
• Validate integration between OMS and external systems such as ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and logistics systems.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
• Validate data using SQL queries and database checks.
• Execute regression and smoke testing for application releases.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA or similar defect-management tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and client teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in defect triage, root-cause discussions, and release validation.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide QA status updates.
• Support UAT and production validation activities when required.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Software QA/Testing.
• Must Have: Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active OMS + Functional Testing + API Testing + SQL + Supply Chain/Order Management knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active Order Management (MAOM) or related Manhattan Supply Chain solutions.
• Good understanding of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in functional and integration testing.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML.
• Exposure to automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud-based applications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
