The ideal candidate will analyze business cases, validate system behaviors, and perform various testing types including Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms and QA tools like JIRA is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires collaboration across teams and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) functionality.
• Experience with integration testing across ERP/CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with omnichannel order fulfillment scenarios such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Hands-on expertise with QA tools like JIRA and Test Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to analyze and validate business cases.

• Perform Systems Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (ETE) testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for cross-functional initiatives.
