Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong testing background, automation frameworks expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong experience in web, mobile, and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web and API testing.
• Perform manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive test strategies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and improve QA efficiency.
• Investigate and debug test failures with developers, and communicate findings.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation frameworks, and modern QA practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web and API testing .

Perform manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.

Identify opportunities for test automation and improve overall QA efficiency.

Investigate and debug test failures in collaboration with developers.

Analyze test results and communicate findings with actionable recommendations.

Support and mentor junior team members on automation and testing best practices.

Continuously improve testing processes, tools, frameworks, and test coverage.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in software testing and automation.

Strong experience in web, mobile, and API testing .

Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright .

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA best practices.

Experience with manual testing, including test design and execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks beyond Selenium/Playwright.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Experience with test management, bug tracking, and version control systems.

Exposure to performance testing or security testing .
