Job summary

You will design test plans, implement automation, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring top-notch reliability and performance across our communications platform.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing methods.
• Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Postman or similar tools.
• CPaaS/telecom domain experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across multiple projects to ensure quality of CPaaS and AI-based solutions.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for new and existing products.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts; maintain automation suites.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers for timely resolution.
• Perform performance testing to ensure system scalability under load.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative communication solutions, which leverage CPaaS and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality standards for our CPaaS and AI-based communication solutions.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functionalities.
• Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage. Maintain and enhance existing automation suites.
• Bug Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure our solutions can handle high volumes of traffic and user interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that QA processes are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Postman, k6, Grafana, JMeter, or similar.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Tools: Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
