Zeta Global in Hyderabad is seeking a QA Engineer to support CRM quality as we migrate clients to a central platform and onboard new logos. Primary responsibilities of the QA Engineer will be to support our clients CRM needs from a quality perspective. As we migrate existing clients to central platform and onboard new logos, this individual must have experience in both a hosted environment and having knowledge in cloud-based technologies. The individual must have the ability to grow with the company to support the needs of the business today and in the future. Good Communication Skills are critical with high potential in testing and certification protocols. Individual will need to handle quick turnaround deliverables as they are released by development team.
