Job summary

GlobalNodes in India’s Gurgaon area is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen the AdTech product team. The role focuses on manual testing, API testing, and QA process improvements in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, executing tests, logging defects in JIRA, and collaborating with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases. Automation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual Testing).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Experience testing web applications, backend APIs, workflows, and data flows.
• Ability to create comprehensive test cases and ensure complete test coverage.
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (JIRA preferred).
• Experience with API testing and familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and data validation.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar
• Contribute to improving QA processes, test efficiency, and overall product stability
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts for regression suites using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar (good to have)
