Job summary

BonusHub Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Noida invites a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure quality across our software products.

You will design test plans, execute manual and automation tests, and collaborate with developers, PMs and stakeholders to improve product quality. The role requires strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and SQL for data validation. You will contribute to risk analysis and defect tracking using JIRA or similar tools, and perform mobile testing where

Qualifications

• Experience with manual testing across SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Familiarity with bug life cycle management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform Manual and Automation Testing across various stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Perform Performance, Load, and Stress Testing where required
• Analyze functional requirements and design documents to identify test conditions
• Track, document, and manage defects using test management and bug tracking tools.
• Validate database data using SQL queries.
• Participate in risk analysis, mitigation planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Perform Mobile Application Testing where applicable.
