Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions for Quantitative Ability (QA), Data Interpretation (DI), and Logical Reasoning (LR) for IPMAT and CLAT programs.
- Adapt teaching methodology for varied student profiles, including beginners and advanced learners.
- Ensure syllabus completion as per the academic plan and centre timelines.
- Conduct revision sessions, booster classes, and intensive workshops closer to exams.
- Student Engagement & Mentorship
- Regularly assess student understanding and performance through class interaction, assignments, and tests.
- Provide structured doubt‑solving sessions and one‑on‑one academic mentoring when required.
- Motivate and guide students on exam strategy, time management, and section‑wise improvement.
- Academic Content & Quality
- Contribute to question paper setting, worksheets, assignments, and mock test review.
- Review and refine academic content to ensure alignment with changing exam patterns.
- Share best teaching practices and insights with the academic leadership team.
- Centre Coordination & Travel
- Travel across multiple Bengaluru centres based on teaching schedules and academic needs.
- Coordinate with centre heads and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery and consistency.
- Maintain discipline, classroom engagement, and brand‑aligned teaching standards across centres.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning concepts relevant to IPMAT and CLAT.
- Excellent classroom presence with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.
- High student‑connect and engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and centres efficiently.
- Academic ownership mindset with attention to outcomes and student success.
- Comfort with hybrid teaching tools (offline + digital support, if required).
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–6 years of relevant teaching experience in QA/DI/LR for competitive exams such as IPMAT, CLAT, CAT, or similar aptitude‑based exams.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Management preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience with classroom‑based teaching is mandatory.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across Bengaluru centres on working days.
