Job summary

Olyv, India’s fastest growing fintech, is hiring a Quality Analyst (QA) – Collections in Bengaluru. You will monitor calls, evaluate agent performance and ensure compliance with quality standards to support collection operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in QA/collections, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Hindi (South languages a plus). You will collaborate with operations to drive quality improvements and report insights.

Quality Analyst (QA) – Collections

Role Overview:

The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring collection calls, evaluating agent performance, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer calls and interactions to evaluate agent performance.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve agent quality and collections performance.
• Use quality evaluation forms to capture insights from monitored calls.
• Conduct call calibration sessions with operations teams.

Experience:
