Job summary

Nsquare Xperts is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our quality assurance team in Pune. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for web, mobile, or API applications, and collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure software quality.

The candidate will implement automation frameworks, integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Hands-on experience with any automation tool/framework such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Robot Framework, Appium, UFT (QTP).
• Experience in programming/scripting using Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
• Understanding of test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha, or equivalent.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, or API applications.
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate application functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies.
