Job summary
Evoke HR is seeking a Lead SDET / Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality engineering for a cloud-native SaaS platform. You will lead automation strategy, API/UI testing, CI/CD integration, performance testing, and mentor QA engineers.
Based in Pune (with potential in Ahmedabad), you will shape testing that spans UI, API, and microservices, establish scalable frameworks, and champion observability and shift-left practices across the team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience building test automation for UI and API layers.
- Expertise with CI/CD integration and quality gates.
- Experience with cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
- Proven leadership of QA teams and mentoring.
- Hands-on with performance testing and observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Engineering strategy across UI, API, integration, and microservices.

- Drive shift-left and shift-right quality practices.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates.

- Participate in architecture/design discussions and improve application testability.
