Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer in Pune to drive testing across banking applications. The role requires a technical degree and strong hands-on experience with manual, API, UI testing and cross-browser validation.

You will work with test automation using Python and Playwright, maintain HP ALM/JIRA defect tracking, and collaborate with stakeholders to triage defects and ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of work experience preferably in a Banking domain.
• Expertise in Manual, API, User Interface testing, and Cross-browser testing.
• Hands on with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Well versed with Playwright and Python.
• Strong experience of test automation using Python.
• Good years of Experience on HP ALM/JIRA.
• Defect Management Process, able to organize defect triaging and execution call with the stakeholders.
• Good Communication skills, Team Player, work collaboratively with the team.
