Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead to steer our QA organization across Web, API, and Mobile platforms. The role focuses on building robust automation frameworks, hands-on tooling, and guiding a growing team of QA engineers.

You will collaborate with product and development teams, define testing standards, mentor engineers, and ensure quality across releases through scalable automation and continuous testing practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA Automation team and drive end-to-end quality assurance activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile apps.
• Define automation strategy, testing standards, and best practices.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Perform API automation testing and validate RESTful services.
• Implement and maintain Mobile Automation for Android and iOS.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Mentor QA engineers and review automation code and reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Lead to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive automation initiatives across Web, API, and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, hands‑on experience with modern automation tools, and proven leadership skills to mentor QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA Automation team and drive end-to-end quality assurance activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications.
• Define automation strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform API automation testing and validate RESTful services.
• Implement and maintain Mobile Automation for Android and iOS applications.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Review automation code, test cases, and execution reports to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote automation best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Track defects, analyze root causes, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Provide regular QA metrics, risk assessments, and project status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Test Automation.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Web Automation Testing.
• Hands‑on experience in API Automation Testing.
• Experience in Mobile Automation Testing.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test architecture, and automation strategy.
• Experience leading QA teams and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
