Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA activities for assigned projects and deliverables.
• Ensure QA stories and tasks are completed on or before the committed timelines.
• Lead the QA team, provide technical guidance, and support team members when required.
• Review requirements and identify testing scope, scenarios, and risks.
• Define and maintain effective test strategies, test plans, and QA processes.
• Perform and guide functional, regression, integration, API, database, automation, and performance testing.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and identify opportunities to improve test stability and coverage.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution discussions.
• Identify QA risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues proactively.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain high-quality testing standards across releases.
• Mentor and support QA team members in automation and testing practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, frameworks, and practices.
• Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands‑on with automation frameworks, capable of leading a QA team, and comfortable driving the QA process from planning through delivery.The candidate should have strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders. Experience with AI tools and AI‑agent development will be an added advantage.

• CI/CD – Experience integrating and executing automated tests through CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Functional Testing and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with test automation framework design, maintenance, and optimization.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools.
