Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI and API automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright and Python.
• Experience building Azure CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Proficiency in API testing with Rest Assured and BDD (Cucumber).
• ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience with BI tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright and Python.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines integrated with Azure CI/CD.
• Conduct API testing using Rest Assured.
• Develop and maintain BDD test scripts using Cucumber.
• Perform ETL/Data Warehouse testing (manual + automated) with Great Expectations or similar tools.
• Execute validation and testing of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Use version control tools (e.g., Git) for code collaboration and management.
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Leadwith expertise in UI and API test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Playwright, Python, API testing, BDD frameworks, and Data Warehouse/ETL testing. This role requires a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and reporting, with the ability to work across both functional and data validation testing.
