Job summary

crewlia is seeking a QA Automation Coordinator to join a growing remote team in India. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing quality assurance across automated and manual testing.

The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to design decisions, participate in Agile ceremonies, and drive data-driven results while thriving in a fully remote, flexible-hour setting. A performance-based bonus and annual learning stipend are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Git and version control practices.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.
