You will collaborate with product and engineering, own automation roadmaps, and foster a data‑driven, collaborative culture within a fully remote team.

We are actively seeking a creative Head of QA Automation to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
