Job summary

Delostyle Studio is looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality of software applications and support compliance activities. The role requires strong testing experience, documentation discipline, and an understanding of governance processes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT, Development, and Operations to embed quality and compliance across workflows, develop test artifacts, and drive continuous improvements in SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, test planning, and bug tracking.
• Knowledge of SonarQube.
• Experience preparing documentation for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications as well as managing and supporting compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, documentation, and compliance processes, along with an understanding of ISO 27001 standards and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for applications and systems.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance QA processes and ensure compliance integration in workflows.
• Generate and present QA metrics, compliance audit findings, and improvement reports to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, testing efficiency, and compliance posture.

Collaboration & Training

• Work closely with IT, Development, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and quality are integrated throughout processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, test planning, and bug tracking.
• Knowledge of Sonarqube is suggested.
• Experience preparing documentation for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, etc.).
