Job summary

Identixweb Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced QA AI Automation Lead Engineer with 4+ years of software testing and automation expertise to lead QA activities and develop automation frameworks. The role focuses on AI-assisted testing to improve product quality and testing efficiency.

You will mentor the QA team, drive CI/CD integration, and coordinate with development while advancing test coverage and automation practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation / software testing.
• Experience in team handling, mentoring, or QA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing, Postman, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodology.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience or exposure to AI-assisted testing / AI testing tools.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA team and manage day-to-day testing activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications.
• Create and execute automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Handle API testing and automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines.
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
• Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted testing tools for test-case generation, test optimization, and test analysis.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and ensure timely delivery of testing initiatives.
