Job summary

Kenthomes is seeking a qualified Quality Auditor to oversee quality checks, reviews of plans, and compliance across real estate projects. You will lead site inspections, document control, and collaborate with teams to develop corrective actions, while reporting to senior management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of auditing/QA experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical auditing, quality assurance, or quality control in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to real estate construction and design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
