Job summary

enGen Global is seeking an Experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will work with Python, LLMs, and agent frameworks to build chatbots, autonomous workflows, and AI testing strategies.

The role emphasizes model validation, performance testing, bias evaluation, and governance with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP). Strong expertise in AI testing and healthcare processes is required.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Models.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Expertise in developing AI agents, agentic bots, and autonomous workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI Testing, including:
• LLM Evaluation & Validation
• AI Agent Testing
• Functional, Integration & Regression Testing
• Performance & Security Testing
• Responsible AI, Bias & Fairness Testing
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with ML Ops/LLM Ops, AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Experienced AI Engineer with 10 -12 years expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent Development, and AI Testing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for Healthcare business processes, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agent frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.

Domain Experience

• Experience with ML Ops/LLM Ops, AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
