fluid.live is seeking an experienced Python Lead in Chennai to guide a team of developers and drive backend excellence in data engineering and cloud-native solutions.

You will architect scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Postgres, design data pipelines, and oversee CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring with Grafana.

This leadership role requires 8-12 years of experience, strong communication, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of professional experience in Python development with leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in FastAPI, Postgres, Scrapy, Zyte and Redis.
• Proficiency in data engineering libraries: Pandas, NumX, PySpark, Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Storage and Grafana.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
