Job summary

Qloron Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to steer design, development, and delivery of Python-based applications. You will lead a small engineering team, own architectural decisions, and stay close to the codebase.

You will mentor 4–8 engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Expect ownership of sprint planning, estimation, and timely delivery, with a focus on CI/CD and production stability.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with 5+ years hands-on Python
• Strong grasp of Django/FastAPI/Flask frameworks
• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ORMs
• Solid understanding of data structures, design patterns, and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
• Prior experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
