Bounteous is actively hiring an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect to design and develop AI-powered digital platforms for global clients. The role demands hands-on expertise in Python/Java, ReactJS, AWS, and building Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions.

Location options include multiple cities in India, with expectations to lead architecture, drive best practices, and mentor teams while delivering enterprise-grade AI-enabled systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Technical Lead / Architecture experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Vector DBs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Orchestration Frameworks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise-scale applications.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural governance.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technology leadership.
• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python or Java.
• Build frontend apps with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Design high-performance APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
