AI Technical Lead / Architect – Generative & Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.

This role involves architecting and delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions, taking ideas from POC to production, and building intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead architecture and design of Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end systems covering orchestration, data, APIs, security, and deployment.
• Ensure production readiness including CI/CD, scalability, observability, and security.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Generative & Agentic AI Engineering

• Build LLM‑based systems using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), function calling & tool integrations, and Agentic & multi‑agent workflows.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and applications.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for LLM performance.

Engineering Excellence & Operations

• Apply distributed systems principles to AI solutions.
• Design for observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts).
• Troubleshoot issues related to latency, reliability, and model behavior.
• Optimize performance and cost.
• Translate business problems into AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor engineers on GenAI and cloud‑native practices.
