Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Software Developer with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a Risk Domain project. You will script in Python, support AWS cloud initiatives and CI/CD, and set up pipelines while managing GitHub-based workflows and automation scripts.

You will also document DevOps processes and work with observability tools as part of the tooling ecosystem. This role is based in India, Karnataka, with an emphasis on engineering governance and continuous delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Developer with strong engineering skills.
• Proficient in Python and AWS EC2 with containerization (Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines including GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy.

Responsibilities

• Scripting using Python.

• Setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Managing Source Control System, including branching, integration, and merging techniques using GitHub.

The project is in Risk Domain which is supported by the IT team. The platform operates 24/7, supporting teams in Sydney. The platform undergoes constant change as it provides services to a number of business stakeholders. Our team is composed of engineers and technology leaders, who bring in the right mix of skills to enable this transformation. We also work very closely with our business and operations colleagues to support these services, which are critical to the Australian and Global economy. Our team is also responsible to also drive Engineering Governance, Continuous Delivery, and key technological simplification pillars such as Cloud and Payments Event-based architecture.

Responsibilities
