Job summary

Movate Technologies is seeking a Python Tech Lead to head the development of its Healthcare RCM Automation Platform from Chennai/Bangalore offices. The role requires 5–7 years of experience, with work from office in a UK shift.

You will build FastAPI-based services, design stateful workflows, ensure secure integrations, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver compliant health claims processing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT for auth and security.
• Experience with message queues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Healthcare RCM Automation Platform.

• Handle X12 835/837 healthcare claims transactions.
• Design workflow orchestration, state machines, and event-driven systems.
