Job summary

JobCubby in India is seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and microservices architecture to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering our platforms. You will build and deploy microservices on AWS, write clean, testable code, integrate external APIs, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and clean code practices.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (basic to intermediate).
• Familiar with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, message queues (SQS, Kafka).
• Proficient in unit and integration testing (pytest).
• Git proficiency and Agile development processes.
