Job summary

Fulcrum Digital Inc seeks an experienced AI engineer to design and implement agentic AI workflows in Python on AWS, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, AgentCore, and Bedrock. You will lead orchestration, memory management and RAG integrations.

Expected 8-10 years of software/AI experience with strong Python skills and hands-on agentic AI capabilities. You will mentor offshore teams and drive standards across the AI sub-team.

• Design and build agentic AI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool use, orchestration) in Python.
• Implement LLM pipelines using LangChain / LangGraph and AWS AgentCore / Bedrock.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, data and vector stores (RAG).
• Optimise prompts, memory, orchestration and inference performance.
• Deploy, monitor and harden agentic services on AWS.
• Offshore senior developer leads the offshore AI sub-team, sets standards and mentors.
