Role Overview

As a Python Developer at HBSPL, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to build scalable APIs and ensure seamless data flow between server and client. Your role will involve writing clean and efficient code, integrating databases, and optimizing application performance to deliver reliable and high‑quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Design and implement REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
