Qualifications

• 4-9 years of Python development experience.
• Strong REST API design with FastAPI or similar.
• Experience with RabbitMQ messaging systems.
• Proficiency in ORM with SQLAlchemy and migrations.
• Understanding of multithreading, multiprocessing, and async programming.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted coding tools and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust Python applications and microservices.
• Build and optimize REST APIs (FastAPI preferred).
• Review and optimize AI-generated code for quality and security.
• Work with queues (RabbitMQ) and data stores using SQLAlchemy.
• Implement performance improvements and unit tests.
• Follow SDLC and agile practices in delivery.

Job description

Exp - 4-9 Years

• 57 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. FastAPI is preferred.
• Strong experience with Message Queue - RabitMQ is preferred
• Strong experience with ORM frameworks, including SQLAlchemy, and database migration tools such as Alembic.
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, scalable, high-performance code and unit testing.
• Deep understanding of Python's multi-threading, multi-processing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering, vibe coding, using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.
• Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code while ensuring maintainability, security, and performance standards.
• Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework.

Nice to have skills

• Exposure to modern engineering platforms such as Harness / Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
