Role Overview

• We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with hands‑on experience in building scalable APIs and working with modern backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend development, database handling, and basic exposure to Generative AI integrations (such as chatbot or LLM‑based APIs).
• This role involves building robust backend systems, integrating third‑party services, and contributing to AI‑powered features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and manage RESTful APIs using FastAPI / Django
• Develop end‑to‑end backend systems (API + database integration)
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external services
• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Write efficient queries and optimize database performance
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Handle error handling, logging, and debugging in production systems
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs for features like chat, text generation, or automation
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver features

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with solid understanding of OOP concepts
