Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a highly skilled Python & AWS Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and manage scalable, cloud-native applications and data integration solutions.

Design and deploy Python applications using AWS Lambda, EC2, Fargate, S3, RDS/Aurora, ALB, EventBridge; build robust data pipelines; work with Salesforce Data Cloud or AWS data services for ingestion, transformation, and synchronization.

Qualifications

• Strong programming expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Python
• Build and manage cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, Fargate, S3, RDS/Aurora, ALB, and EventBridge
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations across multiple enterprise systems
• Work with Data Cloud platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud / AWS Data Services) for data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability in a distributed environment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and uptime

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python & AWS Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and manage scalable, cloud-native applications and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, AWS services, and data pipeline engineering, along with experience in building reliable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Python
• Build and manage cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, Fargate, S3, RDS/Aurora, ALB, and EventBridge
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations across multiple enterprise systems

Work Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with AWS services across:
• Compute: Lambda, EC2, Fargate
• Storage/Database: S3, RDS/Aurora
• Networking: Application Load Balancer (ALB), VPC
• Integration/Messaging: EventBridge, SQS, SNS
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and system integrations

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or CRM integrations

Knowledge of cross-cloud data synchronization (e.g., Salesforce* AWS)

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and AWS ECS
• Exposure to big data platforms such as Snowflake
