Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced software testing professional to lead end-to-end testing, API and database validation, and test automation efforts. The role requires strong knowledge of testing lifecycles, environments, and data management, with hands-on experience using JMeter, Robot Framework, and Postman/Insomnia.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL and scripting is preferred. The ideal candidate will collaborate in an Agile setting, contribute to release processes, and ensure high quality

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant software testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing lifecycle and Release process.
• Experience in API/Database testing.
• Knowledge of Functional, Test Automation, Test environments, Test data management.
• Experience in using testing tools like JMeter, Robot Framework, Postman/Insomnia.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge on scripting.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive the end-to-end testing lifecycle and release process.
• Plan and execute API and database testing activities.
• Perform functional testing, test automation, and manage test environments and data.
• Utilize testing tools such as JMeter, Robot Framework, and Postman/Insomnia.
• Work with PostgreSQL and scripting to validate data and tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and collaboration in Agile environments.
