Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or computer engineering with 10–15 years of relevant software testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing lifecycle and release process.
• Experience in API testing and database testing.
• Good knowledge of functional testing, test automation, test environments, and test data management.
• Experience using testing tools like JMeter, Robot Framework, Postman and Insomnia.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge on scripting.
• Added advantage: knowledge on building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins; familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools; strong communication and analytical skills; knowledge on performance testing concepts/tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing across the software development lifecycle and participate in release planning and execution.
• Lead API and database testing efforts to validate data integrity, performance, and security.
• Utilize testing tools such as JMeter, Robot Framework, Postman and Insomnia to automate and validate test cases.
• Ensure robust test environments and data management practices supporting reliable test cycles.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams; contribute to scripting tasks to support test automation and CI/CD.
• Assist in building a CI/CD pipeline and promote Agile practices within the team.
