Job summary

Purview Services seeks a senior software tester with 10-15 years of experience and a strong background in end-to-end testing lifecycle and release processes. The role emphasizes API/Database testing, and hands-on use of JMeter, Robot Framework, and Postman/Insomnia.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL and scripting is expected, with added advantages for CICD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and Agile practices. Excellent communication and analytical skills are valued for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant software testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing lifecycle and release process.
• Experience in API/Database testing.
• Experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Robot Framework, Postman/Insomnia.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test planning, design, and execution across projects.
• Ensure test environments and data management align with release timelines.
• Participate in scripting and automation efforts to improve coverage and reliability.

• A Bachelors/master’s in computer science or computer Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing lifecycle and Release process
• Experience in API/Database Testing
• Good knowledge of Functional, Test Automation, Test environments, Test data management
• Experience in using testing tools like JMeter, Robot Framework, Postman/Insomnia
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Working Knowledge on (any) scripting
