Sasken Technologies in Chennai, India, seeks a test automation engineer to design, develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for automotive embedded systems.

You will perform V&V, develop automated test cases for ECU, HIL, SIL, MIL and system-level testing, execute tests, analyze results, debug failures, and report defects while integrating tests into CI/CD and ensuring ISO 26262/ASPICE compliance.

• Develop automated test cases for ECU, HIL, SIL, MIL, and system-level testing
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and system validation tests
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide detailed defect reports
• Collaborate with development, systems, and hardware teams
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE (where applicable)
• Support vehicle-level testing and data analysis when required
