As a Python Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and validation solutions for Wi‑Fi and wireless networking products. You will work closely with development, QA, and networking teams to validate product functionality, improve test coverage, and accelerate release cycles through automation. The role requires strong Python programming skills, hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest, and a solid understanding of networking concepts and wireless technologies. Candidates with Wi‑Fi automation experience, wireless protocol knowledge, and Linux-based testing expertise will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks and test suites
- Create scalable automated test solutions for Wi‑Fi and wireless networking products
- Develop reusable automation scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage
- Execute, monitor, and analyze automated test results and defect reports
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities
- Validate wireless networking behavior, roaming functionality, and protocol compliance
- Analyze network traffic using packet capture and protocol analysis tools
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects
- Support continuous integration and automated testing initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex software, networking, and wireless‑related issues

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Python Development, Test Automation, or Software Validation
- Strong Python programming and scripting expertise
- Hands‑on experience with PyTest and automated testing frameworks
- Experience developing automation frameworks from the ground up
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and protocols
- Experience in network testing and troubleshooting
- Hands‑on experience using Wireshark for packet analysis and debugging
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems and command‑line tools
- Understanding of Wi‑Fi/WLAN technologies and wireless networking fundamentals
