Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking Python/ML professionals to join its consulting team and tackle client challenges with data-driven solutions. You will leverage Python, ML, and data handling skills to design and deploy models that deliver tangible business value.

In this role, you will contribute to proposal inputs, solution design, product configuration, and deliver demos and POC workshops. You may lead small projects and help drive the digital transformation journey for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python programming and ML workflows.
• Understanding of ML algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering).
• Hands-on with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib.
• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of SQL and data handling.
• Understanding of statistics and data analysis.
• Familiarity with model evaluation and tuning.
• Basic knowledge of deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions.
• Contribute to proposal documents and provide inputs for solution design.
• Plan configuration activities, configure products as per design, and conduct pilots.
• Support solution demonstrations, POC/workshops and provide effort estimates.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit and organizational initiatives.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
