Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Python, React JS, and MongoDB, coupled with strong exposure to AI-driven applications and end-to-end product development.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven expert systems developer who can conceptualize, design, build, and scale complex applications independently, while adhering to modern SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.

This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, hands‑on coding expertise, and the ability to lead the development of scalable, intelligent, and cloud‑native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full stack applications using Python, React JS, and MongoDB
• Build and integrate AI/ML-driven features into enterprise platforms (e.g., intelligent workflows, , Bot frameworks, Performance enhancements, LLM integrations, Resiliency patterns etc)
• Architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance microservices-based systems
• Own the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements, design, development, testing, to deployment and support
• Develop reusable APIs, services, and UI components with a focus on performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, AI/ML engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Drive code quality, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation ecosystems
