Job summary

Edjobster Pvt. Ltd. invites a seasoned educator to lead the IB PYP programme at our partner school in India. You will develop the Programme of Inquiry, coordinate curriculum planning, mentor teachers, oversee assessments and documentation, and support IB evaluations.

You will collaborate with school leaders and parents to ensure IB standards are met and continuous improvement is pursued. A passion for inquiry-based learning and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of teaching experience and 2 years as a PYP Coordinator.
• Qualification: B.Ed./ ECCED/ D.Ed./ D.El.Ed. or any relevant qualification and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IB PYP programme and develop the Programme of Inquiry.
• Coordinate curriculum planning across grade levels.
• Mentor teachers and support professional development.
• Oversee assessments, documentation, and IB evaluations.
• Collaborate with school leaders and parents to ensure IB standards.
