Softurf in Bengaluru operates PVC extrusion lines around the clock to produce cushion mats, sheets and related products. The role focuses on planning, line coordination, and maintaining output quality across multiple lines on a 24-hour basis.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PVC sheet extrusion experience with a T-die and hands-on experience running more than one extrusion line simultaneously, including plan, changeovers, and crew management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years on PVC sheet extrusion with a T-die.
• You have already run more than one extrusion line at the same time: the plan, the changeovers, and the crew.

• The daily plan across the extrusion lines: which line runs which product, how many batches are mixed, and how colour changes are sequenced.
• Output, scrap, and thickness on every running line. More than one line will run at the same time when orders require it.
• Crew instruction and shift handover. The plant runs around the clock.

Softurf has made PVC floor mats in Bengaluru since 2008. The plant is at KIADB Industrial Area, 1st Phase, Jigani, Bengaluru 560105. Work is on-site.

The plant runs multiple PVC extrusion lines 24 hours a day. Products are cushion mat, S-mat, etc in many sizes and colours. This job is the extrusion plant.

CTC: Rs 12 to 16 lakh a year, based on lines already run.

What you will own

• Crew instruction and shift handover. The plant runs around the clock.

Required
