Job summary

MacroAce Polyplast LLP is setting up a new automated plastic extrusion line for manufacturing precision polymer tubing. We are looking for an experienced extrusion operator to support initial machine trials, process stabilization and ongoing production.

Candidates with plastic tubing extrusion experience are preferred. Experienced plastic pipe extrusion operators with strong machine-setting and troubleshooting skills are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in plastic extrusion.
• Tubing extrusion experience preferred; PVC pipe extrusion experience also considered.
• Familiarity with automated machinery and PLC/HMI-based operation.
• Knowledge of extrusion parameters, die setting, cooling and dimensional control.
• Ability to identify production problems and troubleshoot independently.
• Experience with TPU/PU or PA (Nylon) extrusion will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor an automated extrusion line using PLC and HMI controls.
• Assist with initial machine trials and stabilization of production parameters.
• Monitor and adjust temperature zones, screw speed, haul-off speed and cooling parameters.
• Maintain consistent tubing dimensions, including OD, ID and wall thickness.
• Troubleshoot bubbles, surface defects, dimensional variations and other extrusion issues.
• Monitor production output, material consumption, scrap and product quality.
• Perform routine machine inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records and follow safety and quality procedures.

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month

Shift: 12 hours | Full-time | On-site
